ONLINE RETURN POLICY
Items in original, unworn, saleable condition can be returned to us within 14 days for a refund, less the cost of shipping, or exchange. All returned or exchanged items must be shipped pre-paid and accompanied by the original receipt and must be received within 14 days of original shipping date. We cannot accept CODs.
Refunds will be given in the original form of payment for returns, excluding the original shipping costs. You will receive a confirmation by email once your refunds is processed.
Sale items are a final sale.
PLEASE NOTE: Sale merchandise, underwear, swimwear, home, one of a kind, custom orders, music, video, and books are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. International orders are also a Final Sale.
If you have any questions regarding your order, please contact our Customer Service Team prior to placing your order. We have the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. We recommend that you send the package back to us via traceable carrier and insure the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
